Delete your account

You can delete your mindaside account and everything in it at any time. Deletion is immediate and permanent — there is no undo, so export first if you want a copy.

The fastest way — in the app

Open mindaside → About → Delete account → confirm. Your account and all of your data are erased right away.

Want a copy first? Use Settings → Export my data to download everything as a JSON file before you delete.

Can't open the app?

Email privacy@mindaside.com from the email address on your account (or tell us that address) with the subject "Delete my account." Once we confirm it's you, we delete your account and all associated data within 30 days — usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

Everything tied to your account is permanently removed:

• Your dumps and every worry created from them
• Outcomes and review history
• Your profile and status check-in answers
• Your account identity, including your email address

What we keep

Nothing that identifies you. We may retain minimal, anonymised operational logs (request timestamps and error counts) that are not linked to your account, and we never keep the content of your entries after deletion. We do not sell your data or use it to train AI. See the privacy policy for details.
