How do I delete my account?

About → Delete account. Immediate and irreversible. Full instructions (including how to request deletion by email) are on the delete your account page.

How do I export my data?

Settings → Export my data. You'll get a JSON file with everything you ever dumped.

I switched phones — can I recover my data?

Yes — sign in with the same account (email, Google, or Apple) on your new phone and your data syncs. Anything you dumped before creating an account is tied to that device; signing in claims it into your account.

Does mindaside train AI on my dumps?

No. Your dumps are sent as text to OpenRouter (which routes to Claude) in zero-retention mode where available. Voice is transcribed to text on your device before anything is sent — audio never leaves your phone. Providers process your text to generate a response, then discard it.
